Expandeco, a leader in solutions for the international expansion of e-shops, continues its offensive. Following last year's merger with Pošta bez hraníc, it announces another strategic acquisition.

By acquiring a majority stake in the Czech company Fulfillmenton, we are not only expanding our portfolio as a group, but also taking a significant step towards fulfilling our vision: to create a comprehensive European platform that provides e-commerce companies with a one-stop solution for expansion.

"This strategic acquisition fits into our overall strategy of building an expansion platform. In the long term, we see clear value in consolidating the market and connecting services that enable clients to expand abroad more effectively." says Expandeco CEO Tomáš Vrtík

A record year in numbers

We are building on a successful year that followed last year's acquisition of Pošta bez hraníc. The group recorded record results across key segments of its business.

  • €19 million cumulative turnover & 12% year-on-year growth
  • 3.63 million shipments in cross-border logistics
  • 800,000 customer communications handled in 18 languages
  • 500,000 returns processed from across Europe

Fulfillment as the missing piece of the puzzle

The integration of Fulfillmenton.cz expands our services with our own warehouse capacities, which complement our existing cross-border infrastructure. For e-shops, this means better control over warehouse processes, smoother connection with customer support and logistics, and more efficient expansion management without the need to coordinate multiple partners.

"We don't see fulfillment as a separate pillar of business, but as a natural extension of the expansion platform that significantly increases its value. We want to give e-commerce players a free hand so they can focus on their product and business, while we take care of everything else—from logistics and warehousing to customer support in the local language," adds Tomáš Vrtík.

This is not the end

With this step, we are clearly declaring that we are not stopping at acquisitions. We are actively analyzing further opportunities on the European market. We are primarily looking for companies that can create strong synergies and help consolidate our position as a dominant player in the region.
