From a local address to reverse logistics

Parcel processing is already available within our local addresses in seventeen European countries using our local addresses. Part of this essential service for expanding online shops is to address specific and individual needs – From immediate record keeping and reporting, through to the storage of goods, and the thorough inspection of packages.


Expandeco rents a local address, which the online shop specifies on its website in the terms and conditions, and in the complaint form.

In the case of a problem or complaint, the customer can send the goods back via any courier company or postal service within their country.

The package is recorded in the internal CRM system. The information is then immediately uploaded to the client interface, where the online shop has full control over returns and the ability to communicate directly with the collection point and manage the collection of shipments according to current needs.

We temporarily store the received packages and send them as a consolidated shipment directly to the online shop’s central warehouse according to an agreed frequency.
