What do we expect?
- a motivated and responsible colleague who has no problem working independently but also in a team,
- spoken and written Slovenian at a representative level,
- willingness to learn new things,
- we occasionally provide translations through the e-shop, so solid grammar and command of the language of the market you manage is essential,
- knowledge of working with a computer,
- English language so that you can communicate with your colleague (we are based in Slovakia)
We do not require, but your advantage will be:
- previous experience in the field of providing customer support
What will you be working on?
- on ensuring customer care of e-shops operating on the Slovenian market,
- communication with customers takes place by phone, e-mail, online chat, but also through social networks. Our clients are e-shops from various fields such as fashion, cosmetics, household, furniture, office supplies, technology, gastronomy, electronics and so forth.
- on the processing of orders and related communication,
- it also includes cooperation with the sales department of our partners,
- occasionally you will also participate in the creation of simple analyzes and surveys for our clients with information such as an overview of market potential, customers, sales channels, or competitors.
