What communication channels do you use for customer support?

We provide our customer support services abroad almost exclusively for e-commerce clients.

That is why we know how important it is to use all available ways of communication in a dynamic online environment. The most used communication channels include e-mail support, phone support, support on social media (Instagram, Facebook Messenger) and online chat. 

We also do not avoid tools like WhatsApp or Viber, which are more used in some countries. Customers of your online store will be comfortably serviced in a way that suits them best.
