How does the reverse logistics by Expandeco work?
When we receive a return at our collection point abroad, we process it completely, at 24 hours at the latest (according to agreed conditions) and then processed into our system.
You as an online store can inform your customer at the same time, return him money or send another product. The return then awaits for the back delivery to your warehouse. The frequency of collections is agreed in advance (e.g. once a week), however, it can also be changed (shorten or extend the intervals). The online stores use interval changes mainly according to the number of returns that are located at a particular collection point. We have clients who have the intervals at three times a week, but also clients who only use the thelivery back once a month.
